Delivery Information

Currently, we deliver to:

the USA, Canada, all countries in the European Union, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Japan, Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong (For a full list of countries to which we have delivered orders so far, please scroll to the bottom of this page).

Easy Tracking

All products are shipped within 4 business days after purchase directly from our warehouses in Shanghai, China. Guangzhou, China, or San Leandro, CA. You will be sent an e-mail update with tracking number once your order is shipped.

You can track your order using the provided tracking number and the corresponding tracking page on laticci.com.

If you did not receive an Order Update with tracking information, please check in your spam folder, as it may have landed there.

If you still cannot find it, please get in touch by sending an e-mail, leaving a voicemail, or sending an SMS with your order number, we will update you asap.

After your order has been shipped, please expect its delivery within 1-3 weeks for US customers and 2-4 weeks for customers from all other countries. For Express Service, you may expect your order's arrival within 3-6 days after shipment.

Please note that while over 95% of all orders are delivered within the above time-frame, some orders may take longer due to Customs or shipping carrier processing delays. Such delays are beyond our control in both frequency and length of time, and we cannot be held responsible for them.
